Chateau Gassier Esprit Rosé 2018

Château Gassier is situated 25 kilometers (15.5 miles) from Aix en Provence, at the foot of Mount Sainte Victoire. Its 40 hectares (98.84 acres) benefit from an ideal location in the heart of the Arc Valley, protected by Sainte-Victoire in the north, the Regagnas hills in the south and the Aurélien mountains to the east.

It’s a refined, elegant rosé with aromas of white peach and jasmine. It has great fruit, loaded with flavors of peach, apricot and pear and finishes fine and long…perfect with just about any kind of food you can dream up. That is what make Provençal rosé so special; it’s the most food friendly wine going. Melissa and I discovered that on our very first trip to France so many years ago.
