This is a beautiful and crisp bottle that screams to be enjoyed with nice weather. I could see you just going super chilled in a glass by itself and enjoying on the beach or you could pair it with anything out of the ocean and be in for a real treat. It’s crisp and vibrant with beautiful minerality that shines throughout. You get some alpine notes of wild flowers and herbs and grapefruit along with green apple, pear and quince on the attack with that stony minerality that streaks across your tongue. Such a delicious, refreshing, high-altitude Italian white. People are going to love this!
