The winemaking is masterful: 30% aged in neutral French oak for texture and subtle warmth, 70% in stainless steel to keep it fresh and lively.
What you taste is zesty citrus, crisp green apple, stone fruit, and a whisper of butterscotch and spice – not overly oaky at all, just bright, focused, and incredibly food-friendly.
