Austin Hope ‘Quest’ Cabernet Blend 2018

The man at the center of it all, learned everything he knows from the Caymus Family, and now owns Treana and his namesake winery right next to one another off Live Oak Road. Collectively, the two wineries are responsible for many of the 92+ Cabernet scores that come from the budding wine region.

In fact, Austin Hope hasn’t just been Paso Robles’ hottest commodity, but arguably one of the country’s brightest rising stars with his Top 10 debut last year in Wine Enthusiast’s annual Top 100 Wines of the Year list.

In his ‘Quest’ Cabernet Blend, he combines his love for Bordeaux with the mineral rich soils of Paso Robles, making a Cabernet blend utilizing both New French and American Oaks and allowing them a patient 20-month slumber.
