A super vibrant restaurant-favorite Sauv Blanc made entirely in stainless steel which gives it expressive and fruity notes. A wealth of pear, apple, quince and honey, jasmine and lemon meringue on the nose with a good medium body, dash of minerality and a refreshingly crisp, smooth finish. Goes really well with salads, any kind of charcuterie board, fried foods, seafood and especially chilled shrimp.
