One of the most famous bottles in the world and one synonymous for excellence. For my money, I don’t think there’s a better bottle of Champagne year in, year out than Dom.
Dom Pérignon was an administrator of the Abbaye d’Hautvillers in 1668. For nearly 50 years, he dedicated himself to creating “the best wine in the world. ” Dom Pérignon’s creative ambition is a constant quest for harmony as a source of emotion. Today, his legacy lives on as Dom Pérignon remains one of the most famous, luxurious names in all of wine.
2010 was a very special vintage in Champagne and this bottling has the distinction as one of the highest rated bottles of Dom ever in a long and celebrated history. Just a few bottles to go around of something very special.

98 Points, James Suckling
A pretty DP now with richness and freshness, showing dried-lemon and light apricot character. Some pineapple, too. It’s full-bodied and grows on the palate, with intensity and maturity. Goes on for a long time. This is nicely framed and focused. One for the cellar.
96 Points, Wine Spectator
A graceful Champagne, featuring fragrant notes of toasted brioche and grilled nut that are more subtle on the palate, transitioning to a rich underpinning layered with a pure chime of tangerine and accents of candied ginger, toasted saffron and lime blossom. This bundles a lot of concentrated flavor into a lithe frame. The fine mousse caresses the palate through to the lasting finish. Drink now through 2035.

This one comes from very old vines in eight different lieux-dits, with the largest portion coming from Le Fourneau. Harvest is all by hand, and this wine sees 18 months in barrels with only 10% new oak. Clement (rightfully) believes that keeping the oak primarily neutral here brings out the most authentic and intense expression of his Pinot Noirs. Take a sip or two of this and you will know exactly what I mean.
91 Points, Wine Enthusiast
Always the one with the most personality of the bunch, this is what Wine Enthusiast had to say about the 2021 release: “This extremely ripe and bold style of Pinot Noir will please those seeking such lushness. Dark in the glass, it begins with black cherry, toasty caramel and cola milk shake aromas.” The cool, coastal days and abundance of sunshine lines up perfectly for a wine that has a good natural acidic backbone, with bold fruit-forward flavors. In an easy 2021 vintage, Joe Wagner had a field day with this single-vineyard beauty.

The Bisol “Jeio” Prosecco NV is a delicious sparkler that comes from the Veneto region of northeast Italy. A brilliant straw yellow color, the first sip is an intense and fresh nose of citrus fruits and saline sensations. If you love fruit forward sparklers… this one is for you.
Fresh off a huge feature in The Wall Street Journal in which they were crowned as the top Prosecco Rose in a lineup of 14, I suspect what was once our little secret will explode. James Suckling also finally got around to tasting it and gave it 91 points. I’d rate it even higher. The 2021 Bisol Jeio Brut Prosecco Rosé is remarkable, and simply put, mouth-wateringly delicious. Inviting aromas of flowers and wild strawberries, with a complex mouthfeel that sings with citrus fruits and creaminess from the tiny crisp bubbles.
