This 2007 vintage Evan Williams Single Barrel was put into the barrel on February 13, 2007, and then was taken out of the barrel on March 31, 2016. That’s a little earlier than usual but it is just a crazy good bottle of bourbon that was already more showy at that stage than any of its siblings before it. All Evan Williams is made with Heaven Hill’s Distillery’s standard low rye bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% barley.
It’s bottled at 86.6 Proof and it has a ton of zest to it. It’s a bigger and bolder expression them some other years, bottled after only spending 9 years in barrel as opposed to some which are 10+. Caramel, cinnamon, butterscotch notes hit on the attack with good weight followed by a with a long middle a good burn that leaves a dash of honey and cocoa notes behind with it along with plenty of good heat.

This is a very rare single barrel Bourbon Whiskey to make its way to Jersey. Maple syrup, butterscotch, caramel & brown sugar with a palate of caramel apple, roasted almond, ripe banana and graham crackers. This one has a full mouthfeel with a nice creamy middle. The finish here lingers with just the right amount of burn. This was born on 2/3/2017 and bottled at 102 Proof. This is a great bottle of Whiskey.
True whiskey and Knob Creek enthusiasts are going to go nuts for this one. Knob Creek Rye is as outstanding as it is rare but today we’re lucky enough to bring to you, my own single barrel of it. This is a big gold expression of Rye that holds nothing back. On the nose, there are hints of dill, rye and essence of charred oak. On the palate, you are hit over the head with baking spice, honey and freshly baked bread. The finish is certainly a warm “Kentucky Hug” that goes on forever.
This is definitely one of the most unique private barrels of bourbon you’re gonna find anywhere and it comes from our friends at in Kirby at Wyoming Whiskey. It’s been two years since we’ve had this baby! They make their own whiskey in-house instead of getting it shipped to them and finishing it. In doing so, they use winter wheat to churn out a medium length whiskey with notes of honey, burnt sugar, cinnamon and caramel on the finish. It’s sensational – but I only have 120 bottles from this barrel to offer up.
