For the serious wine drinkers, a three-pack that comes with prestige, history and high expert ratings. Ojai Chardonnay Puerta Del Mar 2018
The 2018 Chardonnay Puerta Del Mar is bright and finely sculpted. Lemon oil, white flowers, mint, and a range of saline-infused overtones all grace the 2018. Weightless and yet full of flavor, the 2018 is positively stellar. It is yet another fabulous white in this range of new releases from Ojai and a terrific example of the far western edge of Santa Barbara County that is outside of the Sta. Rita Hills appellation. –95 pts, Galloni
Xavier Vignon Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Anonyme
The 2017 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Anonyme adds toasty notes, cedar and vanilla to the whirlwind of fruit Vignon was able to harness in 2017. Blueberries, black cherries and stone fruit notes abound in this plush, full-bodied red that remains silky and focused on the long finish. It looks to be a terrific effort. – 95-97 pts, Wine Advocate

Each single-vineyard in the Wagner portfolio is very different– each with unique soil, climate, region and even Pinot Noir clone. Each is from the 2021 vintage and is new and yet to be scored.
