Bisol “Jeio” Prosecco D.O.C. NV
This is one of my go-to wines across all categories, one that wins over new fans by the dozen whenever we send it out. The Bisol “Jeio” Prosecco NV is a delicious sparkler that comes from the Veneto region of northeast Italy. It’s been one of my go-tos as the restaurant and at Nicholas Wines for the past decade – it never disappoints. A brilliant straw yellow color, the first sip is an intense and fresh nose of citrus fruits and saline sensations. If you love fruit-forward sparklers… this one is for you.
Familia Pasqua Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie 2024
Pasqua’s Pinot Grigio from Verona, reflecting the spirit of a winery recognized as Wine Enthusiast’s 2023 Innovator of the Year, offers a vibrant and refreshing experience. In the glass, it gleams a pale straw yellow, inviting you with a delicate bouquet of crisp green apple, juicy pear, and bright citrus zest, often with a subtle hint of white flower. On the palate, it’s wonderfully clean and lively, delivering a refreshing burst of zesty lemon and ripe orchard fruit, perfectly balanced by a crisp acidity. This is a bright, easy-drinking wine with a gernerous finish. I think a lot of people are going to love this one.
Mirabeau X Coteaux D’Aix Provence Rosé 2023 – 90 Points, Decanter
The quality here jumps right out of the glass. You can tell you’re dealing with a class Rose right from the jump. It’s noticeably a few steps above your typical Provencal rose – a racy blend of mainly Grenache and Cinsault, sourced from the picturesque 25-hectare estate in the countryside of Saint-Tropez.
The Prisoner Unshackled Sparkling Wine
From the legendary Prisoner Wine Company comes a brut-style California Sparkler with great aromatics, driven by floral notes and minerality and offering bright flavors of green and Fuji apples and Asian pear. This beauty was aged for 36 months en tirage to ensure the highest quality and effortlessly combines both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for a wine that delivers vibrant acidity and a crisp, clean finish.

Quilt Threadcount Sauvignon Blanc 2023
This is a beauty – both a refreshing and elegant expression of the varietal. This vintage is a particular standout, with critics praising its bright acidity, crisp texture, and vibrant fruit flavors. On the nose, expect to find enticing aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, and a hint of floral notes. The palate is greeted with flavors of juicy pineapple, ripe melon, and a touch of minerality, all leading to a refreshing finish that leaves you craving more.
