Siduri is one of those names that always rings out amongst big Pinot Noir fans. They’ve often been named to Wine & Spirits Magazine’s Top 100 Wines in the world, and they as close to a rags-to-riches story as there gets in California wine.
They almost entirely work with Pinot Noir and the last time I was there, I tasted through over twenty Pinots, most single-vineyards and most priced at around $75/btl. But one 2022 stood out from the pack and it wasn’t one of their $75 single-vineyards.
