Carl Roy Stag’s Leap District Cabernet Blend 2018
All of the best steakhouses from California to New York City line up to get their hands on Carl Roy’s juice, a Cabernet blend that explodes from the jump and dazzles with laser-like precision and focus. But this year, things are different and that means we got a call we never expected. Always a silver lining. This is the perfect party Cab, delicious by itself or a great complement to just about anything off the grill.
Clos Julien Price Canyon Chardonnay 2019
The 2019 Clos Julien is a classic example of California coastal Chardonnay, zippy-fresh and long on the palate. It starts out with a great nose of Granny Smith apple, citrus rind and acacia. In the mouth, the fruit is pure, with plenty of extract and the finish is clean and crisp. This Pacific-influenced wine is the perfect house white, delicious by itself as an aperitif but a fantastic foil to the cuisine of summer, scallops, grilled poultry, and summer corn.
Elouan Oregon Pinot Noir 2017
Caymus’ Joe Wagner’s luscious 2017 pinot project is wonderfully ripe, with vibrant flavors of rich cranberry, sweet cinnamon and bright cherry with just a touch of earthiness. It’s packed with fruit and finishes with soft, refined tannins. It’s a great choice for a summer red, delicious by itself or pair with just about anything.
Poggio al Sole Primavera Rosato 2019
The 2019 Primavera is a Rosato that has far more going on than meets the eye. It’s incredibly smooth and dry, making it a great food wine– but this Rosé is serious with depth and complexity, making it guzzle worthy for summertime on the patio.

We’re taking all the work out for you. An affordable introduction to great U.S. Pinot Noir.
Pinot Noir is so food friendly, that’s one of the best parts about it. Great with meat and cheese boards, salads, pastas and just about any hunk of meat you put on a table.

91 Points, James Suckling – 90 Points, Wine Enthusiast
The 2019 is a must-have bottle – and the fact that a case only runs you less than $15 a bottle seems like flat-out highway robbery. It’s the perfect summer red, a treat for the barbecue, the beach, you name it. But more than that, this is just a special bottle of wine for the price. I can tell you with certainty, we’re not going to find anything of this quality for the price in pretty much any region anywhere.

Hirsch’s latest release, the 2021 Bohan-Dillon Pinot, is a brilliant wine, a high-toned, fresh and elegant Pinot that perfectly represents those precariously perched vineyards that line the famed Bohan-Dillon Road of the Sonoma Coast. There are tons of quaffable red fruits here with a silky mouthfeel and a lot of energy. With the weather cooling down a bit, It is a perfect choice to drink in a glass by itself or with just about anything in the kitchen. It’s a super versatile, special wine.
I have only a few of these special four-packs to give away which represent some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings made anywhere in the world. Both of these wines are extremely highly rated, scarcely available to the general public and represent one of the very best collectors’ items of the year. Each 4-pack includes 2 bottles each of the following:
Anakota Helena Dakota Vyd Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (99 pts, Parker’s Wine Advocate – 97-100 pts, Lisa Perotti-Brown)
Anakota Helena Montana Vyd Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (97+ pts, Parker’s Wine Advocate – 97 pts, Jeb Dunnuck)
