This is a gorgeous red blend from a Carinena region in Spain known to have wonderful Syrah and Grenache. But Esteban Martin kicks this blend up another notch with the addition of Tempranillo as well. All of this is done at high elevation with limestone, rocky soil. There’s so much personality that these grapes get from their terroir, it’s a blend that drinks like a $40 wine, and checks in under $15! Absolutely the perfect food wine, I’m saying enjoy with pizza, pasta or literally anything that comes off the grill.

From ruby to deep purple. Aromas of caramel, chocolate and the juice of cherries and berries. Pleasant body and notes of eucalyptus and licorice. Well-structured mouthfeel and a long finish with fine and balanced tannins.
