This is the same soil type you’d find in white Burgundy or the best sites of Saint-Émilion, and it does exactly what you’d hope: stresses the vines to concentrate flavor while retaining crisp, vibrant acidity that makes white Bordeaux so incredibly food-friendly.

The blend is Sauvignon Blanc for aromatics and acidity, Sémillon for body and texture, and a touch of Muscadelle for floral lift. Partially aged in French oak to add subtle richness and savory complexity that elevates it far beyond a simple Sauvignon Blanc.

This is sophisticated white Bordeaux that rivals the quality of much more expensive Graves or Pessac-Léognan wines. Aromatic, full-bodied, beautifully balanced – intense notes of citrus, pear, and tropical fruit underscored by incredible mineral tension and creamy complexity from the oak.
