This very well might be my best Sparkling offer of the year.

Now in its sixth generation of family ownership under Albéric Bichot, the estate farms organically and produces some of the finest Crémant in the entire region. I mean there’s nothing these guys don’t do well. Their non-vintage Brut Reserve is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with a portion of the base wine aged in oak and 15% reserve wines added for complexity. Decanter loved it, calling it “citrusy and elegant, fresh and restrained with white blossom fragrance. Purity and precision.” Wine Spectator agreed, dubbing it “fragrant, bright and unadorned—delicious, offering plenty of vibrant refreshment.” And Master of Wine, Jancis Robinson,  might’ve summed it up best: “Delicious fizz that would give many a Champagne a run for its money.” Don’t miss this one while it’s here!
