Albert Bichot has been making wine in Burgundy since 1831. Their ancestors have called Burgundy home since the 14th century. These are serious winemakers who make serious wine in a place with the most restrictions anywhere in the world.
But you know how it is with the up-and-coming generation. These new cats have been itching to do something more fun and are willing to venture outside of Burgundy to create something completely free from the rules, something adventurous and experimental that their friends and family drink as an ‘everyday white’. That’s what we have here: c’est la vie!
