This year’s California Dreamin’ Six pack has a little something for everybody but really all three wines should win over everyone at the Thanksgiving table. We picked three wines from some of the best winemakers in California, discounted it by 30% and serve it today for you to dig into. Each six-pack includes:
Winemaker Patrick Brunet’s tiny Domaine Robert estate consists of 50-60 year old vines, deeply rooted in the granitic soils of Fleurie. His new release of his Cote du Py Morgon is going to win over some fans in a big way. Patrick produced a concentrated, structured Beaujolais that’s got a lot of lift and fresh acidity to pair with blue and blackberry notes. This will win any in-laws over at Thanksgiving time and is priced to fly off the shelves!

Situated right next door to the vineyard of the original Super Tuscan Tignanello Vineyard (costs a cool $125 per bottle these days), Poggio al Sole is the hidden gem of Tuscany. If you want to hit a home run with your next pizza night, I mean, really go all the way, you have to serve the latest release of Poggio al Sole’s fabulous Super-Tuscan, Trittico. The newly released 2019 vintage is in so far this wine is showing beautifully. It definitely bodes well for what is to come as it’s already pretty expressive and energetic. This is a great Sangiovese and Cabernet blend for the holiday season, that pairs really well with most things.
